I used the cheats "boolprop allow45degreeangleofrotation true" and "boolprop snapobjectstogrid false" to place the corner tub.

If you don′t have University installed you can only place the Corner tub with "boolprop snapobjectstogrid false"
and "moveobjects on" against a diagonal wall.
