Even more more default replacement hair textures. This set has four female and two male styles.

Suggestions of what you'd like to see retextured are appreciated, though no promises are made on when I'll actually get around to making them (I do plan to retexture all the base game meshes at some point).

You know, most of the default hair meshes that came with TS3 aren't really all that bad. I decided that I really love the hair texture I came up with, so I thought I'd start working it onto the base game meshes that are more or less just taking up space for me at this point.

I wasn't really sure how to get previews of these, but trust me that they really do look good in all natural colors. I've done four male and two female hairs so far, and do have plans to tackle several more before all is said and done. Suggestions of what you'd like to see retextured are appreciated, though no promises are made that I'll actually get around to fixing them up.

I did an alpha edit of the male 'emo' hair, and have included that as a bonus of sorts. I have a thing for partially shaved hairstyles, ok?!

Default Replacement Tank Tops for Males

I did these ages ago and never released them. Good thing, because today I fixed up quite a few issues with the mesh and texture. Better late than never, I suppose.

These are a default replacement. They will replace the tank tops already in the game. I slimmed the mesh down (will only affect slimmer sims; does nothing to larger sims) and replaced the texture with one I like a lot better. If you prefer not to have these replace the in-game tank tops, give me a few days as I do plan on making a non-replacement version.

Multi-colored default replacement eyes.

Subtle color variation with a smaller iris and pupil than the first set of default replacement eyes. Because of the smaller irises, these also include new whites, plus bonus replacement teeth. If you've replaced the EA skintone, be sure to check that the faces don't include their own eye whites or teeth.

Remember that you can only have one set of eyes installed at a time.

I was originally going to just ask if anyone wanted these, but then I realized I could save a step and just upload them. I've made the AM boots chunkier and slimmed down both the full body 'goth' outfit and 'suspender pants.' The slimming has no effect on fat sims; they still look round. ^_^

Default Replacement Skintones for TS3 - Even More Separated

By request, these are my default skintones even further separated. They're now available individually as faces and bodies for males and females, teens through elder, as well as toddlers and children. Toddlers and children are not separated into males or females as far as skintones go.

Default Replacement Skintones for TS3 - Barbie and Separated Versions

I got a request for a 'barbie' version of my skintone, so I went ahead and did that since it was just a matter of hiding a few layers in Photoshop. I also noticed that a lot of people seem to like 'mixing and matching' various face and body replacements, so I created a couple versions of my replacement skintones that are just the faces/bodies.

The Files

'Barbie' version - No body hair and no female nipples; FACES INCLUDED.

'Barbie' version - BODIES ONLY, child-elder.

'Anatomical' version - Body hair and female nipples; BODIES ONLY, child-elder.

Faces only - Toddler-Elder.

As usual, if you want these to show up, be sure to delete simCompositorCache.package from My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3. Don't worry, it'll respawn. Be sure to delete the 'full' version of the skintone if you want to use one of the above versions!

Credit where credit is due:
Rensim, for most of the female body
Enayla, for the oh so luscious bottom lip and knees
Ephermera, for the lusty collarbones and most of the male body, plus the upper lips for both genders
Me, for the ... pubic hair. Great thing to be talented in hand painting. :P

Absolutely no disrespect was meant in ignoring TOU. I greatly admire the work of the artists above and only wanted to enjoy their work in TS3.

File includes new textures for Toddler-Elder.

These really do look fantastic on all fitness states and ages, as well as skin shades. I just got too lazy to take previews.

If you have an older version of this, please redownload and allow this version to overwrite. This file includes some updated textures as well as the toddler age that was left out of the original test file.
