Q: Can I use your stuff in screenshots?
A: Sure. Credits are not necessary!
Q: Can I use your stuff and share them with my recolors/ houses/ full sims?
A: Yes, you can. But please give credit/ link back to my site.
Q: Can I use your stuff for pay content (houses/ recolors/ full sims)?
A: No, definitely not! All my stuff is for free and should be free available for everyone!
Q: Is your website fileshare friendly (e.g. share stuff by mail)?
A: Yes! But this doesn't mean that you share my stuff on other websites as your own or something like that!
Q: Can I alter/ modify your stuff?
A: No! It takes some time to create all these things and I don't want, that someone change my stuff.
Q: Can I upload recolors of your Stuff or houses/ full sims that includes your content to the Sims 3 Exchange?
A: No, please don't do that. I don't agree with their Terms of use and that's the reason why I won't see my stuff up there.
Q: Which tools do you use to create your stuff?
A: All my downloads are create with Paint
Shop, Milkshape and the TSR Workshop
Q: Can you help me/ teach me create my own Stuff?
A: No sorry. There are a lot of usefull tutorials on the web, check them out.

A: Nein, definitiv nicht! Ich biete all meine Sachen kostenlos an und ich möchte auch, dass sie jedem kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen!
F: Ist deine Seite "Fileshare friendly" (z.B. Dateien per Mail verschicken)?
A: Ja, ist sie! Was nicht heißt, dass du meine Sachen auf einer anderen Seite hochladen darfst und/ oder sie als deine eigenen ausgeben darfst
F: Darf ich deine Sachen modifizieren/ verändern?
A: Nein! Ich möchte nicht, dass jemand meine Sachen verändert, weil das basteln der Sachen eine Menge Zeit gekostet hat.
F: Kann ich Rekolorationen deiner Sachen oder Häuser/ Sims die Downloads von dir in/ an sich haben in den Sims 3 Exchange hochladen?
A: Nein, bitte tu das nicht! Ich bin nicht mit deren Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden und möchte meine Sachen aus dem Grund nicht dort wieder finden!

A: Alle meine Downloads sind mit Paint Shop,
