'The Sparrow's Nest' Tavern is a fun community lot for your magical sims to hang out in. There's a cosy tavern downstairs, a grungy elegant piano bar, and a few modest hotel lodgings should the magically inclined wish to stay overnight. The lot is partly furnished, and you will need to fill the hotel rooms and save it as a hotel. Alternatively you can make it an AL apartment block for witches with a great communal space downstairs!
