IMPORTANT:You will find the fireplace in the Buy mode in the Appliances section. The Bed is bigger than the original bed in size. Therefore, you will need to use the following cheat codes to place it rightly: boolProp snapObjectsToGrid false/true and moveobjects on/off
All objects are tested in game and they are 
compatible.
