All downloads only require the base game unless specified. Please read my policy before you download.
If you haven't already, you need to install the CEP files to see recolors in game.
How to install the files into your game
Download the .zip files and extract the file to a location where you can find them. If it's a wall or floor, double click on the file to install it. For objects, just place the file in your Downloads folder. You will find it at:
My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Downloads
If you don't have a Downloads folder, then just install a wall or floor file, and the folder will make itself.
