You may include wall, floor, terrainpaint, recolor or mesh files from this site in your lot creations unchanged, as long as the lot is a free download.
You may recolor our new mesh objects, and you may upload the meshes along with your recolors, as long as your recolors are free.
My lots are intended for personal use only. You are not allowed to re-upload my Lot creations anywhere.
Feel free to modify my lot in your game. I'll be glad if I can see my lots in your pictures or movies.
