REYNOLDA VILLAGE

 This very large lot is inspired by the
beautiful Reynolda Village
in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and contains several shops,
boutiques, a coffee shop, and the Village Tavern. There are nine
buildings in all: Tavern, coffee shop, grocery, bookshops, clothing
boutique, salon, florist, greenhouse, and restrooms (because this is
the toilet game, after all!). There is also a pond for fishing, and
plenty of lawn space for relaxing or playing games. All EPs required.
The lot has limited CC (mostly garden items , walls, and
floors. You
will also need to install Marvine's modular stone stairs .
Also included is a picture of where the lot fits in Bluewater Village -
you will need to move some neighborhood objects, but it's worth it.
This lot was made by request for Calalily, who wanted
something different.

age shop and cafe uses great pagan content from Lethe at MTS2, Caravan
Shop (now Sims Design Ave), and Retail Sims. The lot features a
fully-stocked shop, a small cafe, and a kitty corner for the felines to
relax while your sims take in a book or conversation. OFB and Pets
required.

two. This open-air market is inspired by Albuquerque and Santa Fe, and
features native and Southwestern crafts as well as all the great stuff
