You could either make completely new packages, or do what I did and replace the mtlsrc in the LOD and MODLs, then recompile and reimport them so it's still all technically the same files. I'd be happy to give you the mtlsrc if you'd like to do it that way.

I think it's worth the effort to redo them, no matter which way you do it. :)
