Thank you! Big time thanks! Now my abandoned buildings can actually look the part. So stupid to have a slum with nicely mown lawns! And the only other "grass" I've seen used a bush mesh, so my Sims would just stand there and mutter, "WTF!"
Guess my Deputy Barney will have to put down his donut and start writing those citations for "overgrown grass."
