This entry is specifically about TS3, but it would also apply to TS2 if you come across something similar. (The only time [personal profile] gelydh and I have uploaded TS2 things separatly has been when we were on TSR.)

In fact, the same person completely ripped off another well known TS2 creator a while back, going so far as to steal the entire site.
