Ok, I'm really sorry, but I still feel like I'm missing some huge, important piece of information. You shouldn't be clicking on the package file at all, just placing it in your mods/packages folder and starting up the game. What installer are you talking about?

And I meant to respond about reuploading 'the original file' elsewhere, because that wouldn't do anything. It'll still be the same file that's in the rar, and the site it's hosted on wouldn't make a difference. :)
