trouble downloading

it won't download right for me, it downloads as a RAR file, I open it and it shows up as a package file I can't install. So is there a way you can put the original file for download on something like dropbox.com and share it? because I really want this file, its the perfect dreads. none of the others I have found would work as nicely as this one.
