I was going to post this yesterday, but my internet was down most of the day and by the time it came back up, I just wanted to kill darkspawn.
This is the same texture from the female version I posted earlier, and does require the original store file to show up. It's not a replacement texture, so you'll have the original as well as this one.
More examples of natural and custom colors can be seen in this post.
New texture by me, made by piecing together dozens of chunks of a Rose texture.

Date: 2011-01-26 06:19 am (UTC)I've pirated my Sims 3, so I can't use the launcher for sims3pack files, I used the Multipack Installer (or whatever it's called) and extracted the files from the pack, but it only screwed with the loading speed. Is there anyway I can get a direct download link for the original file? ^^;
I've like, (shamefully) been trying to create a Jimmy Urine sim, and quite frankly this is the only hairstyle that's close enough to one he's had before. (lack of spiked hair in the sims community I'm afraid.)
Anyway, long story short, is it possible to get a direct link? :3

Date: 2011-01-26 05:18 pm (UTC)Since it seems like your main problem comes from your loading speed being screwed with, you can take the file you extracted with the multipack installer and use S3PE to make a new dbc package file, which should help. That's how I install all my store files, and I don't have any loading issues.
Thanks but-
Date: 2011-02-05 04:28 am (UTC)But the program and the steps you gave me are great and all but I'm getting this message:
Could not open package 0x7faf4ac80e6d4ea89d5dc9568bf2a4c7.packa
Expected magic tag 'DBPF'. Found 'DBPP'.
I guess the files I have are corrupted or something? Either that or they have a wrong extension, etc.
No worries...
