club_crimsyn | An FYI about the Generations body hair:

Originally I was going to do a simple default replacement for these, but holy shit... EA's body hair options (while hideous) are way more complex than I was expecting. There are multi-layerable options for chest, stomach (including a happy trail holy shit), legs, arms, hands, feet..!

Which is all a good thing! But it means that it'll be a bit before I'm able to sit down and really do either replacements or just new body hair overlays all together. This on its own wouldn't take me overly long, but I have family coming back into town tomorrow, so I'll be busy with them.

So far, in my very few minutes of getting to look through the EP, it looks like EA's done quite a few things right. The clothing and hair for males is so cute and varied! I can't wait to have a chance to play, which is funny because originally I was so focused on the coming ponies that I wasn't all that interested in this one.

I also find myself surprisingly excited about this expansion. I didn't realize they were going to go into so much detail with the body hair. Yay! I also look forward to seeing the hair and clothes you mentioned.

I know yours will look much better. I tried EA's body hair on my new sim, although it was not impressive, it wasn't too bad when I lighten the color. Can't wait to see what you come up with!

I knew where to go after playing with Generations for 5 minutes. Aikea and Gelydh you guys are awesome!!! The chest hair is really repulsive. Man, why can't they hire talented artists! *facepalm*

I was installing generations while reading this and... oh my god the body hair. I agree though, it wasn't as bad when lighten. but I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what you have in the way of defaults.

I'm also way more interested in Unleashed. I got generations anyway because I have some kind of freaky addiction. I only looked at the sorting system (which I'm way disappointed with) and the new objects. Totally forget we were even getting body hair. Your body hair from way back is amazing so I have no doubt when you figure this bit out its going to be 100 times better than whatever it is EA gave us.

It's really not that bad, I was never really interested in creating male sims until they added this new feature, now it's interesting again. If you lighten up the color it does give you a certain realism, plus you can make all sorts of sims with the sliders.... Can't wait for you guys to do a default replacement texture of course...because CC is just better!! But it's not that bad, and being a legacy player, I'm enjoying this new EP!!!!

As someone who has tried to apply body hair to skins before, I understand that its a long and grueling process, though, so I can completely understand the waiting period.
